The Demo Importer is a tool used to import Kata’s pre-made demos. Using this tool, you can activate the plugins needed for every demo in a few simple clicks and import all the demo data to any WordPress website.
You can access this tool by navigating to Control Panel Bar > Options > Demo Importer.
Select your desired demo and click on Import.
The importer tool wizard will run. In the first step, you will see the list of plugins required for this demo. By installing and activating these plugins, you will enter the next step.
In this step, select the content that you want to import and click on the import button.
Wait a while for the data download and import process to take place.
A few seconds later, you will receive the “The Demo is Imported Successfully” message.
