1- Is ShopPress free?

ShopPress is made of two plugins: ShopPress and ShopPress Pro. Part of it that has a nice set of features is free.

3- What license does the ShopPress plugin have and how can I get one?

5- Do I need a special plugin to install ShopPress?

The only addon required for ShopPress is WooCoomerce.

6- What page builders does ShopPress support?

To customize WooCommerce pages you need to install and set up the Elementor page builder.

7- What features does ShopPress offer?

With ShopPress you can create and customize all WooCommerce-related pages such as Shop, Archive, Single Product, etc.

8- What is the difference between ShopPress Free and ShopPress Pro?

9- How can I download the plugin I purchased?

ShopPress is available for download as a free version in the WordPress repository. It is the best way to test it out and see whether it is right for you. Also, you can download the pro plugin right after you purchased it from your dashboard on my.climaxthemes.com If you have any trouble downloading it you can simply refer to our online Sales reps to get help.

10- Can I create my own template with ShopPress?

Yes, of course. There are two options. You can either use a blank template that allows you to create any page, or choose one of the templates that will save you a lot of time.

11- Are there any hidden fees?

Absolutely not. All features are included in the subscription, which is billed annually.

12- How do I get updates?

To update your plugin simply activate your plugin using your license by going to its dashboard. After activating the theme the auto-update will be automatically available to use. Any time an update is available, a notification will appear in your WordPress backend. You can update it automatically with just a click. 

13- What kind of support do you offer?

We do offer support over an online chat widget but at the level of simple documentation and pre-sale questions. However, regarding technical questions, we do have a year of premium support for our Pro users. After a year you can extend the support by purchasing a package.

14- Which payment methods do you offer?

We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, and Stripe.
