You may not sell, rent, share, or transfer your access to our website.

You are bound to use the product and services in their true form and may not take part in any activity that may infringe, disrupt, or delay services to other users. You may not use the services for any malicious activity, e.g. sending spam, unsolicited message(s), harass, stalk, or threaten any other person or system. If you receive information or otherwise learn that your account has been hacked you are bound to provide us with that information; this also holds true for unauthorized use of your account.

Services

Services provided by Climax are listed below. We hold the right to add or remove any service that we in our own discretion deem necessary with our prior notice.

Online store: you are allowed to purchase licenses or other services from/through our website. Any purchased item will be associated with a unique license key.

Updates: we will provide updates for our products and you may choose to use them or not at your own discretion by updating the files and database on your server.

License key: every customer is provided with a license key per every product that they purchase. This license key is required for using the product and other services that pertain to it. The license is our property and you are free to use it on your website if you have purchased it. However, you are prohibited from sharing your license key with any third party.

Knowledge base: we provide you with manuals, guides, articles or other material designed to teach you how to use licensed products. While these are available for free, we reserve the right to charge a fee for certain documents of other material.

Payments

You will have to pay for certain services and products offered by Climax. The fees are specified on the website and you can make a payment through the different methods offered. The subscription may be a one-time payment or a recurring fee.

We hold the right to change the pricing of any product at any given time, with or without prior notice.

All products are sold automatically and recurring subscription payments are annually. This is applicable to all products unless stated otherwise.

Our license subscriptions are governed by the following:

Subscriptions are automatically renewed each year on the day of the purchase. After the renewal the license is valid for one year unless it has been canceled before the renewal.
Subscriptions may be canceled by contacting us. Bear in mind that if you cancel your subscription you will no longer receive updates and support once the license expires.
A renewal discount may be granted but this is only valid within the license expires. Once the license expires the payment will be in dull. We hold all the rights in managing such discounts.
If you decide to renew after the subscription has been canceled and the extension license has expired you will pay the full current price for the product at the given point. Older prices are not available for renewal.

All our WordPress plugins, themes and their source code available for download on this website are licensed under the GNU General Public License (http://www.gnu.org/licenses/gpl.html) version 2.0 or later.

Refund policy

We believe first and most in customer satisfaction. We create and provide our products in the best possible way and stand by their quality. However, if, for any reason, you are not satisfied with any product, you can request and receive a refund within 30 days of the purchase. You may be asked to provide feedback on the cause for the refund. Keep in mind that after the refund you have no right no use or own the product. Climax reserves the right to reject a refund request if deemed necessary. If you have purchased a product before a promotion and then purchase the same product during a promotion and request refund for the one purchased before the promotion we will refund the one that has been purchased with the discount. This is to prevent abusing our promotions and discounts.

Warranty

Any product from us is provided to you as is and we will not be liable for any flaw in the product.

Product delivery

After successful payment, you will receive an email with the details of your purchase. An account will be created for you on our website and within the account you can find your license and your product in downloadable files. This is the case if you purchase the product directly from our website. If you purchase it from other markets you need to follow their procedures.

In case you did not receive an email with the purchase details you can check your account on our website or contact us.

You can only download the files as long as your license is valid. Once the license expires you cannot download any file until you renew the license or purchase a new one.

Support

Climax does its best to offer a perfect and flawless product to its users. However, issues and difficulties are inevitable. In such cases, we offer premium support to all our users. To take advantage of our support system you need to contact us through the specified methods and raise your issue. We will examine it and get back to you with the solution or more questions to help us find the solution. However, our support only includes people that have active licenses, while we will answer other questions to people without licenses, but we make no promises to do so. Free versions of our products also receive support but the priority is with paid members. We reserve the right no not provide support to free members and expired licenses at our own discretion.

Ownership

Content, images, videos, products, and documentation on this website are property of Climax and you cannot claim any of them without our consent.

Email communication

We may send you occasional emails to share company and products updates or news. If you choose to, you can opt out of these emails at any time.

Affiliate program

You may take part in our affiliate program and receive rewards for purchases made through your referral. In such cases you are entitled to payments in the scope determined by us. In order to withdraw your balance, you need to have at least 100 USD.

Online Store: Climax Themes allow you to purchase licenses through Climax Themes online store. Any item shall be sold under a specific license and each item you purchase will be associated with a unique license key.

Updates: Climax Themes may provide you updates for its offered products. These updates can be implemented with your discretion, by updating the files and database on your server.

License Key: A license key is provided for every customer who purchases our product and that is required to unlock benefits such as automatic updates, support from our developers, and extra resources for our offered products. This license key is a property of Climax Themes. You are free to use it on your own website. You can also use it on websites of your customers if the website is made by you. However, sharing the license key with any third party is prohibited.

Knowledge Base: Climax Themes provide certain manuals, articles, and tutorials that will help you use the licensed product. Most of these are available for free, while Climax Themes holds the authority to charge for some additional documents.

PAYMENTS

A recurring license will automatically renew at the end of the annual license term unless the purchaser cancels the subscription before to the automatic renewal date.

Subscription renewals are automatically processed annually on the anniversary of the original purchase. The license renewal will continue and remain valid every year (1 year) unless the subscription is canceled prior to the renewal date.
You may cancel your subscription at any time easily by contacting us. If you desire to cancel your subscription you will no longer receive updates and support for the product and service after your license expires.
Our product may come with a renewal discount that one can avail if the license is renewed within the renewal period. Post which, the renewal price will be the full product price as published at that particular time, exclusive of any discounts. Climax Themes holds complete authority in managing the cost and discounts in such cases.
If you choose to renew your subscription after it has been canceled and your extension license has expired, you will be charged the current listed price (at that particular time) for the extended license. We cannot apply older pricing to your new renewal purchase.
You do not need a Subscription renewal for updates. You will receive updates for a lifetime without any problem.

REFUND POLICY AND LICENSE CANCELLATIONS

We believe in all our products and stand by their quality and performance. However, things might not work in the same way for everyone. Therefore, if you come across an issue that cannot be resolved, or feel that our product isn’t working as expected, you can request a refund within 14 days after purchase. We will be happy to refund the entire amount.

Discount codes offered by Climax Themes are only for new purchases. You may not refund a previous purchase and use the coupon code to purchase the same product again. This applies to all promotions and coupon codes unless stated otherwise.
By purchasing our products from our partners, you can no longer request a refund for the previous product purchased from Climax Themes Inc. directly in the last 14 days (for any possible reason).

WARRANTY

Our products are provided to you as-is, and without any warranty for its quality. We shall never be liable for any damage or flaw in the product.

PRODUCT DELIVERY

After your payment has been processed successfully, you will receive an email with your order details and other purchase information. Your license key will be made available in your account area along with your downloadable items. You can download purchased products by logging into the account created for you when purchasing the product and clicking on the appropriate link.

If you did not receive an email containing the mentioned information, you can take a look at the purchase history in your account on the Climax Themes store.

Access to re-download purchased files will be granted so long as your license key is valid. If a license key expires, download access to the associated files will be discontinued until such time as the license key is renewed.

However, if you faced any issues or incompatibilities, you can open up a ticket at our support center and we will help you to resolve your issue. Dedicated support is promised to only those who possess an active license. Free copies and expired licenses are not liable for free support. You will have to purchase a licensed copy or renew an expired license in order to be able to get help from our developers.
